ZTE Imperial 4G LTE for US Cellular is now available at carrier’s store for a penny

The ZTE Imperial is actually positioned closer to the lower-end category, but its super affordable price of just $0.01 seems like a great incentive. Obviously, US Cellular wants to make sure you will be loyal for at least two years and will require you to sign a contract.

The ZTE Imperial for US Cellular features a 4-inch 480 x 800 touch screen and is powered by a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor. The phone offers 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal memory. Although storage capacity is not very generous by today’s standards, the handset has a microSD slot for memory expansion, so you will not run out of space for your content too soon. The device runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

The ZTE Imperial is equipped with a 5-megapixel rear camera with red eye reduction, smile and blink detection, as well as front-facing webcam for video chatting. The phone is 4G LTE capable and offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS navigation.
