Samsung latest tablet, the ATIV Tab 3 will soon hit the stores in the US. The device, touted to be the thinnest Windows 8 tablet ever released, is going on sale next month, on September 1st to be more exact. The tablet will set you back $699.99. For the price you will also get a Bluetooth keyboard together with a kickstand. With these accessories you will be able to use the ATIV Tab 3 as a full-fledged notebook, which will certainly make all the work easier.

Measuring just 0.31 inches (8.2 mm) in thickness, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is said to be the thinnest Windows 8 tablet on the market. The device features a 10.1-inch LED HD 5-point capacitive display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and SuperBright Plus technology at 400 nits. Like many other Samsung products, the ATIV Tab 3 works with Samsung’s own S Pen. The heart of the tablet is an Intel Atom Processor (Z2760) beating along 2 GB of RAM. The device also offer 64 GB of internal memory.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is equipped with two cameras – a 2-megapixel rear sensor and a 720p HD camera on the front. The tablet comes pre-loaded with Office Home & Student and Windows 8 iterations of Samsung’s note-taking apps S Note and S Memo. According to the manufacturer, the device’s battery is capable of delivering over 7 hours of usage time.
