The Toughpad family of devices made by Panasonic has two more members, the FZ-E1 and FZ-X1, both of which were announced this week at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Due to their durable design, the devices are made with such users as construction workers and delivery staff in mind as well as those who like outdoor activity. The Panasonic Toughpad FZ-E1 will hit the stores in Japan in June while the Toughpad FZ-X1 will go on sale two months later, in August. Panasonic promises to expand availability on other markets. Both models are expected to cost around ¥130,000, or $1,268 at launch.
