Every phone user knows how sometimes irritating it is swapping SIM cards between the phones. You not only have to watch out for fragile SIM slots but sometimes also need a special adapter to achieve the task since smartphones today support different types of SIMs, such as mini or nano SIM cards. However, if to believe recent reports, this problem may soon get solved since mobile manufacturers joined their efforts and get rid of the traditional plastic SIM cards from mobile industry and replace them with one embedded SIM also known as e-SIM in short.
