Sprint for sure took more time to add Windows Phone 8 devices to its roster than the other US carriers. A few months ago the carrier confirmed that it will start offering its first WP8 phones some time “this summer”. However, we had to wait until today to learn when “this summer” is happening. It turns out that Sprint will release the HTC 8XT on July 19th, so you have just 10 days of waiting. The handset will be priced at $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate. Obviously, you will be required to sign a new two-year service agreement with Sprint.
