A couple of days ago the HTC One Max leaked all over the web suggesting November 15th as release date on Sprint. It turns out that the predictions were spot-on and the phone is now available for purchase online and in brick and mortar carrier stores. The HTC One Max for Sprint can be yours for just $149.99 if you are willing to bring your old number to Sprint sign a new two-year contract. Current subscribers will have to shell out $249.99 for the device. The phone is also available with Sprint’s One Up program in which case it will cost you $25 per month.
5.9-inch HTC One Max for Sprint
The HTC One Max is the third member of the One family along with the original HTC One and One Mini. Obviously, with the 5.9-inch display the phone is the largest of the trio. The Super LCD 3 screen with RGB matrix is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and offers users 1920 x 1080 resolution at impressive 367 ppi. The phone features a fingerprint scanner located on the back, a huge 3,300 mAh battery and HTC unique functionalities such as HTC BlinkFeed, HTC BoomSound and HTC Zoe.
A quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor is responsible for the performance and it ticks at 1.7 GHz along Adreno 320 GPU. The HTC One Max also packs a 4-megapixel UltraPixel camera with BSI sensor, smart LED flash, F2.0 aperture, 28 mm lens, dedicated imaging chip, and digital image stabilization. The secondary camera features a 2.1-megapixel sensor. Other features of the phone include 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable storage, NFC, infrared blaster and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
