It was a long wait but it paid off. Starting today, HTC’s flagship phone for this year, the HTC One is finally available for purchase. The handset is offered by two US carriers: AT&T and Sprint. In addition the phone is available via numerous retailers including BestBuy, RadioShack, Walmart, Target, Amazon, and Costco. The HTC One 4G with 32 GB of memory can be yours for $199.99 with a two-year service agreement. The 64 GB model, which has been released on AT&T exclusively, costs $299.99.

At the moment only silver color option is available but according to HTC, the black 32 GB model will be arriving to AT&T and Sprint in coming weeks. The 32 GB silver version will also be carried by T-Mobile “soon”, but no specific date was revealed. Live Nation feels that the HTC One launch is event big enough to call for exclusive concerts. You will be able to hear Pharrell in New York, Grouplove in Chicago and the Manchester Orchestra in Los Angeles.
The HTC One is one of a kind in more than one aspect. It features a unique unibody full metal body design and dual front-facing stereo speakers with HTC BoomSound. The handset is powered by a quad-core 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor believed to be the fasted on the market at the moment. Another highlight is the UltraPixel camera, which thanks to its innovative sensor allows for great quality photos even in low-light conditions. Other key features include HTC BlinkFeed, HTC Zoe, HTC SenseTV and beautiful 4.7-inch HD display.
