The Sony Xperia Z1S announced just last week at CES meets all the criteria and it is already available from T-Mobile’s online store. Can it get any better than that? The phone can be yours for $0 down with the whole cost divided into 24 monthly payments of $22 each, adding up to a total retail price of $528. Online purchase is the only option at the moment, since retail stores will start offering the Xperia Z1S on January 22nd.
Sony Xperia Z1S for T-Mobile
The latest high-end offering from Sony appears to be an awesome phone inside out. The first thing you notice is its huge 5.5-inch Full HD display. 1920 x 1080 resolution means that you can expect clear and sharp picture. A 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor is ticking inside along with a healthy 2 GB of RAM. Internal memory is set at 32 GB and there is a microSD slot for expansion.
At the back of the phone resides a huge 20.3-megapixel camera equipped with Exmor RS for mobile image sensor, Sony’s G Lens, intelligent BIONZ, 27 mm wide angle lens and f2.0 aperture. There is also a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
Connectivity features include 4G LTE, MHL, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi calling as a standard. The phone is powered by a 3000 mAh battery and ships with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. T-Mobile has exclusivity for selling the Xperia Z1S, so don’t wait for the handset to show up on other carriers any time soon.
