As always in this time of the year we are focusing our attention on next year’s flagship phones. Undoubtedly, one of the devices that sparks the most interest is the Samsung Galaxy S5. Set to be a huge hit for 2014, the phone however might be a tad more modest than it was initially expected, at least according to one of the latest reports. We can deduce that much from AnTuTu’s benchmark database where a device with a model number SM-G900F believed to be the Galaxy S5 appeared.

Specification of this mysterious phone differs slightly from what has been rumored for the Galaxy S5. One possible explanation is that the device is just one version of many, or it could be a prototype that is not equipped with final hardware.
Since the Galaxy S5 is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2014, the second option is rather unlikely. According to folks at AnTuTu, the SM-G900F is almost certainly the international version of the Galaxy S5.
So what the SM-G900F has in store for us? First of all, instead of the rumored 2,650 x 1,440 resolution, the phone appears to have a 1,920 x 1,080 screen.
Other specs include a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage, a 16-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
