Samsung Galaxy Avant for T-Mobile is now available in carrier’s store for $0 upfront or $216 outright
This Wednesday, just as expected, T-Mobile announced adding the Samsung Galaxy Avant to its list of offerings. The smartphone is an Android budget- friendly handset addressed to the wide audience that need a decent and reliable smartphone at a budget friendly price. The Galaxy Avant can be yours for $0 upfront and $9 monthly installments for two years, or for $216 upfront, which is its full retail price without any commitment. Lets take a look what you will get when you decide to buy the new phone.
Samsung Galaxy Avant for T-Mobile
The Samsung Galaxy Avant for T-Mobile houses a 4.5-inch, with 960x540p of resolution, qHD display with impressive pixel density that makes the things displayed on the screen burst to live, a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and additional front-facing ones, which is rather a poor quality one since there is no word on its parameters.
Going further, the smartphone will be equipped with a pretty powerful quad-core 1.2 GHz processor, 1GB RAM, and 16 GB of built-in storage that can be expanded via microSD cards. The Galaxy Avant runs Android 4.4. Kitkat with “Easy Mode”, the function that will be very helpful for the first-time smartphone users to get friendly with their new handset.
The device also sports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and LTE connectivity, and goes on sale in black (there’s no hint whether it will be available in different color versions). Summing up, in terms of design, the Samsung Galaxy Avant is a slightly updated version of the released this year Samsung Galaxy Core LTE.
T-Mobile appears to be the next carrier that notices benefits coming from mid- and low-range handsets, since the vast service providers seemed to be interested mostly in high-end market, just as if they forget that not every one can afford the bleeding edge devices.
So, if you want to buy a pretty decent smartphone, but you have a limited budget, the Samsung Galaxy Avant is definitely for you. The phone is available in T-Mobile for knocking-down off-contract price of $216, or completely for nothing at start, if you want to bind yourself with contract giving you the opportunity to pay for your new device only $9 per month for two years.
Concluding, the Samsung Galaxy Avant won’t surely knock you out as it comes to the parameters, but if you aren’t a high-tech specs maniac, you may be interested in buying it since the price tag is really inviting.
