A new phone from Samsung is on its way to AT&T. No, this one does not belong to the Galaxy family. The carrier has confirmed that the Samsung ATIV S Neo will be available for purchase starting November 8th. The phone will set you back $99.99 with a new two-year contract. The device also will be available with AT&T Next for $21.00 per month. The next-generation ATIV S will be the first Windows Phone device from Samsung added to AT&T portfolio.

The Samsung ATIV S Neo bring sharp and clear picture in HD resolution on a large 4.77-inch display. The phone is powered by a dual-core 14 GHz processor and offers 16 GB of internal memory. Need more? No problem. There is a microSD slot that is capable of supporting up to 64 GB cards. Plus, AT&T is throwing in 5 GB of free online cloud storage through AT&T Locker. Thanks to an LTE radio, the phone will take advantage of AT&T’s lightning-fast network.
In addition to powerful processor and huge screen, the ATIV S Neo also offers awesome photographic experience through its 8-megapixel rear camera. The shooter features a LED flash and is capable of recording 1080p video. There is also a secondary camera with a 1.9-megapixel sensor located on the front panel.
The ATIV S Neo runs Windows Phone 8 platform complete with Live Tiles that provide real-time updates. The phone comes pre-loaded with Microsoft Office, games and useful apps, with more content waiting for download.
