One more reason why you should dump AT&T’s postpaid plans toward GoPhone prepaid service

One more reason why you should choose GoPhone
More and more mobile users nowadays choose prepaid plans over contract services. Those waiting for a really good reason to dump AT&T postpaid plans, may finally get one. The carrier has just announced to increase high-speed data allotment on their prepaid GoPhone service plans. Furthermore, the low speed data remain unlimited just as text and talk.

AT&T adds some high-speed data to their new prepaid plans, giving its users a strong incentive to resign from traditional postpaid services and switch to GoPhone. From now on for $40 you will get 4GB, or 8GB for $55.

AT&T adds some high-speed data to their new prepaid plans
Earlier today AT&T announced that they’re going to increase the 4G LTE data allotments on their prepaid service plans. The new offer will cover the $45 and $60 GoPhone plans. No matter which one you pick, you will get 33 percent more of high-speed data. This means that when paying $45, you will get 4GB instead of previous 3GB. The same with the $60 plan, its 6GB of 4G LTE data allotment will now grow up to 8GB, which is more than the average data usage of most people and noticeably cheaper than somewhere else. Traditionally, both plans offer the $5 Autopay Credit, so you can slash your monthly payments by $5 each month and pay $40 or $55, respectively.

Moving on, just as the old ones the new plans will include unlimited low speed data that will activate after you reach the high-speed data limit. What’s more for that money you will also get unlimited text and calling nationwide, as well as to and from Canada and Mexico. It’s also worth mentioning that both prepaid plans pack Rollover Data service, allowing you to use your unused data allotment in the next billing period.

In addition, while introducing refreshed plans AT&T is also trying to promote their deals on prepaid phones, among which you may find even such costing $50. However, this doesn’t mean that in order to switch to GoPhone you have to buy a new phone from the carrier, as the AT&T prepaid plans will work on any unlocked GSM/LTE-capable phone that is compatible with AT&T network bands. All you need to do is to insert your new GoPhone SIM card and enjoy the advantage of ultra-fast internet and unlimited calling.

Last thing, if you happen to like the new GoPhone plans, they will be available starting today.
