Remember the Nokia Lumia 929, the mysterious phone that was expected to make an appearance at Nokia’s event in Abu Dhabi but failed to do so? At the beginning of November we reported that the device might be coming to Verizon sometime between Thanksgiving and the beginning of the next year. Although nothing is official just yet, it looks like December indeed will be the month when the Lumia 929 will grace Verizon with its presence. The most recent leak suggests “mid-to late December” launch, however, does not mention any particular date.

Other than that and a 2,510 mAh battery, the leak does not provide any crucial information. Accompanied photo that supposedly presents the white version of the Lumia 929 reveals 4G LTE connectivity for the phone, but that much we already knew.
The phone is said to come in black and white color options with a matte finish, at least for now. If true, it will be a first, since Lumia phones are famous for being offered in many vivid hues.
Previous rumors hint at a 5-inch Full HD AMOLED display, a quad-core 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. The Lumia 929 is expected to sport a 20-megapixel PureView camera with dual LED and oversampling technology as well as a front-facing camera.
Other features that you would expect to find in a phone of this class include NFC, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, Qi wireless charging and FM Radio.
