Pantech, one of South Korea’s top mobile manufacturers will be unveiling a new flagship smartphone very soon. Press images revealed photos of the new Pantech Vega LTE-A, with model number IM-A880S, that supports advanced LTE network. The phone will be officially announced next week, on August 6th. The device will debut in South Korea and SK Telecom service provider seems to be the first to launch the device. Shipping of the Vega LTE-A is expected to proceed on August 8th.

The new Pantech Vega LTE-A will also feature the same qualities as the competitor’s premium devices. For instance, alike the upcoming LG G2, the Pantech Vega will have a power button on the back along with innovative TouchPad.
In terms of specs, the Pantech Vega LTE-A has also an impressive hardware. The handset comes equipped with a 5.6-inch HD display with 1080 x 1920 resolution and quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, which is boosted additionally with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone comes loaded with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean right out the box.
