The problem with rumors, leaks and speculations is that they sometimes let your imagination run too wild. And then, when the final product is launched, it turns out that in some aspects it is different from what you expected and you feel that sting of disappointment. The Narudo Lando X2 is no different, and although the changes are not impossible to accept, lets admit it, the renders looked far better.
Narudo Lando X2 vs. Lando X2P – Overview
The first thing that strikes you when you look at the phone are huge bezels, visible especially on the white model. This is quite a departure from virtually edge-to-edge display design used in most smartphones. The handset also seems thicker than expected, measuring 0.41 inches (10.3 mm) and weighing 5.29 ounces (150 g), which makes it look chunky. This increase in thickness we are willing to accept, since the additional millimeters were used to accommodate a larger battery.
The Narudo Lando X2 will be available in two versions with the entry-level X2 selling for 2980 Yuan (about $480), and the X2P with a flashy gold-plated priced at 3298 Yuan (about $530). The main difference between these two models is the processor and battery capacity. The X2 will feature a 1.7 Ghz quad-core Snapdragon 600 CPU and 3600 mAh battery while the X2P has a faster 1.9 Ghz CPU and larger 4200 mAh battery.
Other that that, both handsets are identical and come with a 5-inch 1080p display, 2 GB RAM, 32 GB of internal memory and microSD card slot for storage expansion. There is also 13 megapixel main camera, 2 megapixel front-facing shooter and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean installed right out of the box.
