RAZR HD vs RAZR MAXX HD – Differences
You may wonder what are the reasons for such a difference in pricing, since both devices look almost identical at first glance. Well, the higher price for the RAZR MAXX HD is totally justified. First of all, if you are willing to pay $100 more, you will get 32 GB of storage capacity, being double of what RAZR HD offers, which is 16 GB.
Another difference is the battery life. The Motorola Droid RAZR HD comes with a 2.530 mAh battery, which according to the manufacturer offers up to 7 hours video watching, up to 20 hours music listening and up to 6 hours surfing the Web at 4G LTE speeds. If you will be using your phone in a less energy-consuming way, the average performance time is about 24 hours. Not bad, but the Droid RAZR MAXX HD is even better. With a battery upgraded to 3.300 mAh, you will have enough power to watch HD videos for up to 13 hours or use voice-guided GPS for up to 8 hours. Depending on what exactly you are doing on the phone, you will be able to use it up to 32 hours without the need to recharge.
The Droid RAZR MAXX HD is 0.04 inches thicker and 0.39 ounces heavier that the Droid RAZR HD, but it is just a minor difference.
