The Motorola Atrix HD LTE’s design is rather simple and unsophisticated. The phone is made of plastic, which resembles aluminium, with a repeating diagonal block pattern on the back. The surface is smooth but grippy enough to prevent the device from accidentally slipping out of your hand.
The Atrix HD LTE features a 4-inch touch screen display with a 960×540 pixel resolution and excellent brightness, contrast and black levels. The picture is clear and sharp and text is legible without any problem. Under the hood you can find 1 GHz dual-core Tegra 2 SoC processor paired with 1 GB RAM and 16GB internal memory expandable with up to 32 GB microSD cards. Add to this Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and incredible 4G LTE network speeds and you get excellent performance including superfast web browsing and flawless game playing.
The phone is equipped with a 5 megapixel back camera, which shoots pictures in up to 2592 х 1944 resolution and offers LED flash, auto focus, zoom and some image effects. The camcorder captures HD (720p) video and supports the following file formats: MP4, H.263, H.264 baseline (strict), WMV, Xvid and DivX. The VGA camera on the front is for video calling and self-portraits. The phone is equipped with 1.3 megapixel camera.
The 1930mAh battery will give you up to 10 hour talk time and up to 11.5 days standby time so you can use the phone any way you like and you won’t have to worry about running out of juice.
The Motorola Artix HD LTE comes pre-loaded with a number of Android, Google and Motorola apps like for example DLNA, Quickoffice, Phone Portal (to connect to the phone via WiFi), Media Share (to share media between devices), Kobo eBook reader, Qik Messenger and TV&Radio/PVR Remote. It also provides access to email and social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Exchange mail and Photobucket.
