Microsoft Lumia 435 Windows Phone
The whole world is waiting for the software giant to release its flagship, but instead Microsoft is focusing on the entry level market handsets. Not so long ago we could witness, the premiere of the Lumia 535, the first Lumia line phone that came labeled with the Microsoft logo, and just right now we are just about to get another affordable Microsoft Lumia tagged device.
Measuring 118.1 mm x 64.7 mm the Lumia 435 will go on sale equipped with a 4-inch screen, featuring 480x800p resolution that translates to low 235 ppi. This means that the phone will sport the same display specs as the hailed the best-selling Windows Phone Lumia 520.
Other than that, the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 200 chipset and an unique, the Lumia 435 exclusive, BV-5J battery model that is rumored to have been shipped to India along with ten phones where they are to be tested. In terms of optics, the phones future users will get a less than decent 5-megapixel rear camera.
Initially, the Microsoft Lumia 435 was planned to target only the emerging markets, but now it appears to be highly probable to be introduced to the US and European markets just as well. It will provide its future users with the latest version of Windows Phone OS and dual-SIM mode.
When it comes to debut date, pricing and availability details, they all are still something of a mystery. But as the phone reached the FCC, it’s more than just a rumor at this point. However, we shouldn’t expect it to hit the market until 2015. As for pricing, although the company hasn’t made any official statement concerning the handset’s price tag, the leaked shipment documents mentions something round $57.
