Lenovo Vibe X3, Vibe P1, Vibe P1 Pro, Vibe S1 press renders and details leak out ahead of the official announcement
Lenovo seems to put all its efforts to steal the Mobile World Congress show by preparing at least four brand new smartphones. We are talking about the Lenovo Vibe X3, Vibe P1, Vibe P1 Pro and Vibe S1 that are reportedly designed to put an end to the Lenovo’s infamous cheaply-looking plastic phones. All four handsets are presented in their whole beauty on press renders that surfaced online ahead of their official announcement along with specs details, giving us a hint on what to expect from the Lenovo’s high-end offerings for 2015.
Lenovo Vibe X3 Phablet
Starting from the Lenovo Vibe X3, which is the biggest of all four rumored devices, the handset houses a large phablet-class 5.5-inch 1080p display, stereo speakers and a fingerprint sensor located on the phone’s back. Additionally, to enhance the audio experience the Vibe X3 comes equipped with the company’s own Hi-Fi 3.0 sound system, which translates to dedicated amplifiers.
When it comes to optics, the phone, according to the latest leaks, will sport a 20.7MP main camera. Furthermore, there’s also a big change in the Lenovo’s approach to the body design visible in a metal frame encircling the Vibe X3’s body and a nicely looking back cover.
Lenovo Vibe P1 & Vibe Pro with monster battery
By contrast, the Lenovo P1 is the one that focuses on battery life. No wonder then that it goes on sale with a 4,000 mAh battery with quick charge function on the board. Today’s leak suggests that the phone will be powered by a MediaTek chipset complete with a 64-bit octa-core processor and 3GB RAM. This 4G LTE-capable phone is also said to run Android 5.0 Lollipop.
If the 4,000 mAh unit isn’t enough to you and you dream of something even more powerful, then the upcoming P1 Pro should be on your radar. The phone is rumored to come with a stunning 5,000 mAh battery also featuring the already mentioned quick charge mode and a fingerprint sensor, this time located on its front. Both devices are said to come dressed in creaming nano-coat covering their chassis.
Lenovo Vibe S1 for younger users
Next up to the Lenovo Vibe S1, coming in multiplicity of color options including purple, pink and light blue, the phone is undoubtedly targeting at younger users. When it comes to its specs, at this point no further details are available. However, the leak mentions a front-facing camera that will allegedly meet expectations of all selfie fans. So far, unfortunately, there’s no word on its parameters.
As for pricing and availability details of all four discussed today Lenovo’s handsets, they should be announced during the this year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
