Even though the Hydro Elite is a tad more modest in terms of hardware and software than Motorola’s offering, it is a solid device which might be especially valued by active users. The Kyocera Hydro Elite is also cheaper than the Moto X. The phone is for sale for just $99.99 with a two-year service agreement, naturally. Off contract price is set to $349.99.

The Kyocera Hydro Elite for Verizon is a heavy-duty device which provides durability comparable to a rugged phone but with a typical smartphone design.
