Google Nexus 5If you have been hoping to grab the Nexus 5 from Google’s Play Store you maybe in for some waiting, since the phone is currently out of stock. Luckily for you, Play Store is not the only place where you can find the handset. Earlier today, the Nexus 5 showed up on Sprint store as well as on Amazon and Best Buy. Both, Sprint and Amazon, are offering the phone just $49.99 as long as you sign a new two-year contract.

Deals on Google Nexus 5 for Sprint

Nexus 5 SprintThe price remains the same regardless of whether you are a new or existing customer eligible for upgrade. If you are familiar with typical pricing of similar devices, you don’t need us to tell you that the deal is simply awesome. Best Buy, however, is not so generous. The retailer is selling the Nexus 5 for $149.99, which is a full $100 more than either Sprint or Amazon is offering. Of course, it is a subsidized price and requires a new contract.

If you prefer to have your Nexus 5 in off-contract form, things stop looking so great. Unless you really need the phone within the next few days, we recommend you rather wait for Google to restock its supplies. Google is asking $349 for the device, while Sprint, Amazon and Best Buy want you to pay $449.99. That is $100 more than how much the unlocked phone costs at Play Store. On the other hand, if you want the Nexus 5 now and off contract, there is no other choice but pay more. Then you will be able to enjoy stock Android experience in 2-5 business days.
