From what we can see, Sprint seems to be on some kind of a promotion spree. After the $50 iPhone discount and the $100 American Express Reward card offer, this time the carrier is willing to give you real money for becoming its customer.
The money will be given in a form of $400 in-store credit for activating at least three lines on an Everything Data Share or Simply Everything Data plan, and can be used towards the purchase of ‘qualifying devices’. By ‘qualifying devices’ Sprint understands basically phones, so tablets, USB modems and accessories do not qualify for the promotion. Make sure you remember that.

There are a few more condition you need to fulfill in order to take advantage of the offer. First of all, you will be required to sign a new 2-year service agreement and the lines must be active for at least 60 days. Secondly, this offer does not add with other promotions. It means that if you use your credit to get a phone eligible for a mail-in rebate, you will not receive the rebate. In addition, the credit must be used in full at the time of purchase. Finally, one of the lines must be ported in from another carrier that is not affiliated with Sprint, which automatically disqualifies the Virgin Mobile, the Boost Mobile and the Common Cents Mobile customers, since they are all Sprint subsidiaries and operate on its cellular network.
The offer will be available in stores only, beginning August 19th and will expire September 15th.
If you are interested in changing your old mobile service for Sprint’s unlimited data plans and want to score some awesome phones along the way, don’t think too long and go to your local Sprint retail store. The offer is definitely worth looking into.
