Cricket Wireless introduces the LG Fortune

Cricket Wireless introduces the LG Fortune. Priced at $89.99 the phone delivers slim design and LTE connectivity.

Starting today Cricket Wireless is offering the LG Fortune, a successor to another quite popular budget smartphone – the LG Spree. Featuring a really slim and lightweight design ornamented with micro wave textured pattern, the LG Fortune fits perfectly in your hand. Equipped with a 5-inch FWVGA screen panel the handset is perfect for reading, watching videos, gaming and keeping up with your friends and family on social media.

Driven by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.1GHz the device runs Android Marshmallow and supports some of the most modern connectivity options, including Wi-Fi and LTE. When it comes to storage, although the phone offers only basic 16GB, you can expand it by another 32GB using microSD cards.

Moving on, in the field of optics the LG Fortune provides its users with two 5M rear and front cameras. The primary sensor sports flash and HD video recording, while the front-facing shooter delivers bright selfies thanks to features like Gesture Shot and Selfie Light. In addition, Auto Shot will take a photo automatically always when camera sees your face.

Another worth mentioning feature is an easy-to-reach power button. Set on the back the button enables fast waking of the phone with no reaching. Furthermore, Knock Code function keeps your phone locked and secures your personal data, while QuickMemo+ allows you to take quick notes, add comments and drawings to your favorite photos and then share it with your friends.

Available online, the titan-colored LG Fortune costs $89.99 with activation of a prepaid smartphone plan. As for prepaid service plans, at Cricket Wireless they start at $30 per month, including fees and taxes.
