Cricket launches one of the cheapest plans
Cricket Wireless is surely one of the first brands that pops up our minds when we think about wireless services. The company is valued for wide selection of affordable phones, using AT&T’s network and budget friendly plan options. Recently Cricket Wireless released a new unlimited data plan for $70 per month, but the company doesn’t forget about those who aren’t power users offering them the cheapest plans and LTE-capable phones for free if they switch.

Cricket Wireless announces one of the cheapest plan offering unlimited text, talk and 1GB of LTE connectivity. Apart from that the carrier is also offering several decent phones for free to those who switch.

Mobile market is full of customers relying mostly on Wi-Fi connections and using only small amounts of mobile data. Conscious of that Cricket Wireless introduced a cheap service plan targeting at those who need access to the mobile data occasionally. Starting on September 9th Cricket will provide its subscribers with a plan option within which they will receive unlimited text, talk and 1GB of high-speed data for as little as $30 per month. Naturally, if you  reach the limit your data speed will drop to 128 kbps.

Before the change, the cheapest plan offered by the network was the Basic plan that included 2.5GB of LTE data for $40. However, those who enrolled for the Cricket’s Auto Pay service could slashed the monthly payment by $5. If Cricket doesn’t resign from the service, perhaps we will be also able to lower the cost of the latest plan to $25 after signing up for Auto Pay.

But this is not the end of surprises, as Cricket has also announced decent deals on LTE phones oriented to those who want to switch. If you port to the carrier, you will be able to grab the Alcatel STREAK, ZTE Sonata 3 or the rugged waterproof Kyocera Hydro VIEW for free. But in order to benefit from the promo, you will need to activate one of the Cricket’s plans. Other than that the carrier is also selling the Alcatel IDOL 4 plus VR Experience Pack for $99 if you bring your number and activate one of the company’s plan. The new offer will help you save $100 as normally the pack cost something round $199.
