We have been hearing about new phones coming from China in the near future. We came across rumors and speculations about the eight-core ZTE Apache or Baidu Cloud Phone. Today, lets see what is coming to China in December, since the previous two months in the US were quite rich in new releases of tablets and smartphones. In September, the iPhone 5 has arrived. In November the 4th Generation iPad and iPad Mini hit the market together with Windows 8 smartphones. And yet, do not forget about the Samsung Galaxy Note II and Galaxy Nexus 4, 7 and 10. Lets see which of the listed devices will arrive to China just in the time of holiday season 2012.
In two days, the Nokia Lumia 920T powered by the latest Windows 8 mobile platform will be officially launched on China Mobile network. The handset boasting an 8.7 megapixel PureView camera, great graphics thanks to Adreno 320 and TD-SCDMA / TD-LTE connectivity will hit the carrier stores on December 5th. According to some sources there are speculations that HTC also is preparing to officially introduce its Windows Phone 8X, the day after, on December 6th with all its bright colors, 4.3-inch display, Beats Audio and other hardware and software goodness.
The next ones in line are Apple’s iPads. Both, the Wi-Fi version of the iPad Mini and 4th generation iPad with Retina display suppose to hit stores in China on December 7th. The 4th generation iPad loaded with a beautiful 9.7-inch Retina display, faster Apple-designed A6X chip, iOS 6 and FaceTime HD camera at a suggested retail price of $499 for the 16GB model, $599 for the 32GB model and $699 for the 64GB model.
The iPad Mini, a redesigned and miniaturized version of the third generation iPad, featuring a 7.9-inch Multi-Touch display, FaceTime HD and 5 megapixel iSight camera will come for a suggested retail price of $329 for the 16GB model, $429 for the 32GB model and $529 for the 64GB model. Both devices, iPad Mini and iPad, will come in two distinctive styles: black or white.
The the thinnest and lightest iPhone created so far – the iPhone 5, will be available one week later, on December 14th. The latest generation iPhone boosted with iOS 6, considered the world’s most advanced mobile operating system will be available for a suggested retail price of $199 for the 16GB model, $299 for the 32GB model and $399 for the 64GB model. The Phone 5 comes in either black and slate or white and silver. All Apple devices will be available through the Apple Online Store.
