The phone features extra protection against shock, dust, water, fog, sand, and extreme temperatures. It also comes preloaded with Casio‘s G’zWorld app and Gz’Gear sensor which provides detailed information about the world around you including tides, constellations and barometric pressure to name just a few. Other that that, the device resembles a standard smartphone rather than your typical rugged phone.
The G’zOne Commando 4G LTE sports a 4-inch WVGA touch screen display with Glove Mode, which will allow you to use the phone with gloves on. The handset is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor and offers 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory expandable via microSD slot up to 64 GB.
The Casio G’zOne Commando 4G LTE is equipped with an 8-megapixel main camera with 1080p HD video capture, as well as a front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera for video chatting. As the name suggest, the phone comes with 4G LTE connectivity. The device is a quad-band GSM world phone and runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
