Upcoming BlackBerry Classic has again been pictured out in the wild ahead of its launch

BlackBerry ClassicThe upcoming BlackBerry Classic has been once again pictured in the wild some time before its launch expected to happen in November. The phone is said to be the mass-market offer that brings us back to the BlackBerry’s roots with the company’s traditional keyboard, trackpad and function keys. The phone is expected to meet the tastes of all staunch BlackBerry maniacs.

Blackberry ClassicAnother portion of leaked photos showcasing the BlackBerry Classic surfaced online accompanied by its unofficial list of tech parameters. To tell you the truth, the handset seems to be well prepare for the public debut.

Measuring 131 x72.5×10.2 mm and weighting 178g the phone is said to be a perfect combination of modern and traditional BlackBerry’s features. So, we will get the latest BlackBerry 10 operating system and touchscreen mixed with the well known 35-key backlit QWERTY physical keyboard, function keys and optical trackpad.

The BlackBerry Classic houses a square 3.46-inch LTPS TFT screen with the pixel resolution of 720x720p and pixel density shaping at the level of 294ppi. Going deeper into the tech specs, the new BlackBerry will sport a Qualcomm chipset with dual-core Krait processor clocked at 1.5GHz and paired with 2GB RAM. There is als0 16GB of built-in storage that can be expanded up to even 128GB via microSD cads. Moreover, the phone is powered by a non-removable 2,515 mAh battery featuring Qi wireless charging.

Moving on the BlackBerry Classic’s optics, the phone is reported to house an 8-megapixel 1080p rear camera supported by a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter capable of recording 720p videos. In the field of connectivity we will get a nano SIM slot, NFC, Wi-Fi with Miracast and microUSB with SlimPort. We still don’t know whether the phone will support the 3G or 4G connectivity. Additionally, there are three microphones under the Classic’s hood that are said to guarantee perfect noise cancellation.

The phone is scheduled to be unveiled next month, and even if the leaked images show a device that looks like a complete, final product, we can’t take the date for granted since the company seems to have some problems with timing. Though the handset was announced at the Mobile World Congress back in February, we can’t still put our hands on it. Sadly, the BlackBerry Classic’s pricing and availability are still something of a mystery. Be sure, we will keep you posted if any new details concerning the phone come to the light.
