BestBuy is on the roll, slashes prices on Galaxy S8, S8 Plus and Note 8 by $250 if you don’t mind installments, AT&T and Verizon
It doesn’t come as a big surprise that the Samsung’s Galaxy S8 and the Note 8 are some of the most popular Android handsets currently available on the market. If you – like millions of other tech buffs worldwide – think that your life would be much better with one of those flagships in your pocket, right now you can grab one from BestBuy with up to a $250 discount, providing that you have nothing against AT&T or Verizon installment plans.
BestBuy has just launched a new deal, allowing you can grab the Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8 Plus and the Galaxy Note 8 even cheaper.
Shortly before this weekend BestBuy announced a special Galaxy Note 8-dedicated promo, within which you were able to purchase the device with a $150 discount. We don’t know how what the public response, but right now the retailer became even more generous and slashes the pricing of the Galaxy Note 8 up to $250. What’s more the new deal applies not only to the Note 8, but also to the Galaxy S8 and its bigger sibling – the Galaxy S8 Plus. So, if the price was the main obstacle that hampered your purchase decision, now you got a green light.
However, just as the previous edition of promo, the new one isn’t deprived of drawbacks. The biggest caveat of the offer is that it requires from potential customers to activate the purchased device on AT&T or Verizon network. AT&T grants its subscribers with a $200, while Verizon offers $250 off the regular pricing.
AT&T’s promo details
In practice it means that BestBuy is now selling the AT&T Galaxy S8 for just $18.33 per month on a 30-month installment plan, while the Galaxy S8 Plus variant costs $21.66 each of the thirty months of the plan. Doing simple math, the standard version of the Samsung’s famous flagship phone may be yours for the total price of $549.99, whereas the Plus variant’s overall cost amounts to $649.99. As for the Galaxy Note 8, the slate is now within your reach for $24.99 per month if you sign up for a proper 30-month installment plan, which accounts for a total of $749.99.
Verizon’s promo details
Moving on to Verizon’s deal on the Galaxy line, Best Buy is now offering the Galaxy S8 for $19.58 per month on a 24-month installment plan. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S8 Plus is up for grabs for $23.58 each of the twenty-four months of the plan, and the Note 8 for $28.58. As you see, the Verizon’s offer seems to be more lucrative as no matter which Galaxy S8 model you will eventually choose, you will get it $80 cheaper or save something round $60 if you opt for the Galaxy Note 8.
The Verizon’s regular pricing for the Galaxy S8 amounts to $720, for the Plus version to $819 and for the Galaxy Note 8 to $936. Whereas AT&T normally sells the devices for $849.99, $749.99 and $949,99, respectively.
Just as always both promos look like limited time deals, so if you’ve been thinking about getting yourself one of the Samsung’s flagships, perhaps -considering the big savings you can make – now is the best time to make a purchase decision.
