Back to School Sale: Surface Pro Windows 8 tablet has now a price $100 less than before

128GB Surface ProMicrosoft has taken initiative to reduce prices on their most popular tablet from the Surface lineup. As part of back to school promotion, for a limited time, Microsoft’s Surface Pro tablet loaded with Windows 8 and Intel i5 processor has now price $100 less than before. A week ago the 128GB Surface Pro was listed at a price of $999.99. After the discount, the tablet goes for $899.99. In addition to the 128GB model price modification, the 64GB model also received an incentive $100 drop. In the blink of an eye the 64GB model went down from $899.99 to $799.99.

Surface Pro with PenAs we can see, Microsoft is constantly delivering the Surface Pro with quality of choices and exclusive saving options. Last month the manufacturer lowered price on Surface RT. Today’s Surface Pro price reduction is accompanied by an option to purchase on a bundle package together with the tablet. The bundle package includes Office Home and Student 2013, plus a 2-year warranty. To go along with the convenient price drop the bundle offer includes a TypeCover, as well as an INCIPIO sleeve and Surface Pro Screen Protector for an attractive lower price tag of $309 when the original price was at $479.

As a recap, the premium Surface Pro tablet comes with a 3rd generation Intel Core i5 processor with Intel HD Graphics 4000. The device runs on Windows 8 Pro and has capability to merge Windows 7 apps on the Windows 8 Program. Among the list of features and specifications is a pen digitizer and pen. The pen allows you to take advantage of applications, such as OneNote, PowerPoint presentations and PDF’s; as you may create virtual documents with simplicity.

The promotion for the Surface Pro is running till end of August. It is available in select Microsoft retail and online stores in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
