Sharp has just let us in on a secret regarding its new tablet. The slate doesn’t have an official name yet, or if it does, the company didn’t reveal it yet. The device is unique in a very special aspect – it’s bearing a new mix of display technologies: Qualcomm’s Mirasol aka MEMS and Sharp’s IGZO. Used for the very first time together in one device, both technologies seem to complement each other very well.
HP released silently the new Android tablet, HP 10 Plus on October 4th. Actually, the company was supposed to unveil its new line of tablets this summer but nothing was officially said or done in this matter. But now it could change, since the HP 10 Plus tablet has popped up for sale on Amazon online store and HP’s official website, though an official press release is yet to be released. Cricket wireless boasts that will be among the first to launch the HTC Desire 510 in the United States. The smartphone will be available in all Cricket stores as well as online next week on September 19th. Today manufacturer surprises us and releases the same OneTouch Pop 2 version but this time running Windows 8.1 operating system. It seems that Alcatel fans will have a choice to get the new OneTouch Pop 2 pre-loaded with Windows or Android software.
