Didn’t get the Samsung Galaxy S4 immediately after it was launched on AT&T and Sprint? No worries. Even though you are not among the first folks to get their hands on the shiny successor of the Galaxy S3, it may turn out for the better. That is if you decide to shop at Amazon rather than at the carriers’ stores. The biggest online retailer is currently offering cheaper prices on both AT&T and Sprint variants of the Samsung’s new flagship smartphone.
Deals on Galaxy S4 for Sprint and AT&T
The Samsung Galaxy S4 for AT&T is now available for $168. Compared to the carrier’s price of $199.99, it leaves you with $32 in more in your wallet. We have to admit that such discount looks rather unusual, since we are used to price cuts in the form of multiples of $50. But does it really matter if it means that you will be able to pay less? We think not. Of course, this new price does not change the fact that you will have to sign a two-year service agreement with AT&T. The promotion applies to both new and existing customers.
On the other hand, the deal on Samsung Galaxy S4 for Sprint is aim only at customers eligible for upgrade. While shopping at the carrier’s store, those customers have to shell out $249.99 which is a whole $100 more than what new customers are asked to pay. Amazon cuts the price down by $50, to $199.99 on contract. In this way it matches the cost up to the level at which other carriers are offering the device.
