AT&T announces new cheaper Mobile Share Value plans and new lower fees

Introducing New Share PlansWith so many options to choose from, customers are free to go where more savings are. However, if you were thinking about leaving AT&T and searching for more attractive offer, you might want to reconsider the decision after today’s announcement. AT&T has unveiled new Mobile Share Value plans thanks to which subscribers will be able to save quite substantial sums with no need to sign up annual contracts. The new plans will be available starting on December 8th.

Mobile Share Value plans and new fees

AT&T Mobile Share Value PlansFirst of all, along with the new Mobile Share Value plans, AT&T has introduced a fixed fee for adding a new smartphone to the plan. Instead of the $30 – $50 fee the carrier used to charge depending on the plan, now the fee is $40 flat regardless of which plan would you choose. In addition, you can save extra $15 per each device added to the plan as long as bring your own phone to the network, buy a smartphone at full retail price or get a new smartphone with no down payment on AT&T Next. In each of these cases you will pay just $25.

Each of the Mobile Share Value plan includes unlimited talk and text as well as 300 MB to 50 GB of data. Compared with the original plan, savings in the case of subsidized devices range from $10 to $115, while unsubsidized devices come with $25 to $130 in savings, depending on the data bucket. You can add up to 10 devices to the plan, including smartphones, tablets and other qualifying devices. Business customers can pair up to 25 devices with the new Mobile Share Value plan.
