Apple may launch three iPhones this year, the new iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus may be announced next month
All in the know assume that the Apple’s flagship for 2017 won’t release before fall. However, if to believe the recent rumors, the Cupertino team may use the WWDC stage and unveil the phone as soon as in June. Another reports fervently suggest that Apple may introduce not one but three brand new iPhones this year.
According to the latest reports Apple is going to expand its iPhone lineup by three new devices – iPhone 7S, 7S Plus and iPhone 8. The new generation iPhones may arrive in June.
In the copy of the research note that has surfaced the web quite recently, JP Morgan analysts suggests that Apple is likely to announce the iPhone 8 at the occasion of Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) that will be held next month in San Jose, California. Except for launching the new iPhone, Apple is also believed to share some more news about hardware and software premieres scheduled for this year.
For some time now mobile word has been speculating that Apple is going to introduce not one, but three new iPhones this year. The iPhone 7S and iPhone 7S Plus will provide us with minor upgrades over the iPhone 7 and its bigger sibling the iPhone 7 Plus released in September last year. Meanwhile, the third smartphone, which is widely known as the iPhone 8, will deliver more more significant upgrades, including an OLED screen, wireless charging and a completely new all-glass body design.
The latest rumor claims that the iPhone 8 won’t come to the light earlier than in fall. Furthermore, all the leaks disagree on the upgrades the new handset may offer. The reason why Apple may want to take the wraps off of the iPhone 8 at WWDC is still pretty much unclear. Although the company used to unveil new devices at the conference in the past, they ended up with that tradition in 2010. Since that time Apple has used the show to present software updates to its portfolio.
Although Apple’s true reasons are the company’s secret, JP Morgan analyst says that it’s all about money. According to the latest financial report in the last quarter Apple has experienced considerable income fall. This means that the company may want to treat the upcoming iPhone 8 as a remedy for anticipated weaker summer sales.
Scheduled on June 5, WWDC takes place in McEnergy Convention Center in San Jose in California. Except for the iPhone 8 Apple will also showcase new platform, including iOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS, as well as present the new home speaker – a serious rival to the Amazon’s Echo.
