Sony has just announced the Xperia Tablet Z, a larger companion to the recently unveiled company’s flagship smartphone – the Xperia Z. Just like the Xperia Z, the tablet is dust-proof and waterproof (IPX5, IPX7). Judging by the specs it is going to be a top-notch slim and lightweight tablet. It weights 1.09 ounces and measures 10.47 x 6.77 x 0.27-inch what makes it the world’s thinnest 10.1-inch tablet. However, that does not mean that it has a tiny battery, it is powered by a strong 6000 mAh unit.
