The new version of Samsung’s popular slate offers significant upgrades in almost every aspect. The new Galaxy Note 10.1 retains the 10.1-inch screen size of the previous model, however, the device is slightly smaller measuring 9.57 x 6.75 x 0.31 inches. The display has a 16:10 aspect ratio and offers 2560 x 1600 resolution which works out to a pixel density of 299 ppi providing sharp and clear picture. The tablet is equipped with rear and front camera with 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors, respectively.
A 1.9 GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos 5420 processor supported by 3 GB of RAM guarantees smooth and seamless performance. The slate comes with 16 GB or 32 GB of internal memory, both expandable via microSD slot up to 64 GB. Compared to its predecessor, the 2014 edition offers longer usage time thanks to a larger 8220 mAh battery. The tablet runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and comes pre-loaded with a selection of apps and functionalities. S Pen that comes included in the package allows you to take advantage of some of the tablet’s unique features.
