The handset has been available online since Tuesday, September 17 and starting Thursday it awaits for you also in mortar stores.
Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 for US Cellular
The Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 is the biggest smartphone available on the US market, right after Sony Xperia Z Ultra. The phone packs an enormous 6.3-inch 720p HD LCD display, which provides tablet-like experience while viewing video or surfing the net.
Under the hood, the smartphone has a 1.7 GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 for graphics. The chip is paired with 1.5 GB of RAM. The handset comes with 16 GB of onboard storage expandable via microSD slot supporting up to 64 GB cards.
In addition to an 8-megapixel rear camera, the Galaxy Mega 6.3 also packs a 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera. Power is delivered by a 3,200 mAh battery, which is capable of providing up to 10 hours of talk time, up to 420 hours of standby time and up to 82 hours of music playback time.
The device runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Other key features include IR blaster to remotely control the TV, as well as some of the new functionalities introduced with the Samsung Galaxy S4, such as Air View, Multi-Window, WatchOn and Easy Mode.
